The historic Chadakoin Building, originally constructed between 1906-1908 in the Renaissance Revival style, has been a pillar of downtown Jamestown for over a century. Home to various businesses and caretakers over the years, the building today hosts Falcon Financial Advisors in the first-floor Suite 117.
Situated in western New York between Lake Erie and Allegany State Park, Jamestown combines the best of rural and urban living in a small-town atmosphere. In Jamestown, residents can go kayaking on Chautauqua Lake and catch a live performance at the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts. Best known as Lucille Ball’s hometown, Jamestown honors her memory with the nostalgic Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum and the annual Lucille Ball Comedy Festival.
